Description
Allow georeferencing attributes to be specified in the global attributes. Recognize and apply spatial_ref (e.g. proj4/wkt), GeoTransform, Northernmost_Northing, Southernmost_Northing, Easternmost_Easting, and Westernmost_Easting attributes, respectively.
Similar to patches to DODS driver (completed ticket, http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/1639) and NETCDF driver (pending ticket, http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/1637).
