Description
Reading the following image currently fails : http://www.gwg.nga.mil/ntb/baseline/software/testfile/Nitfv2_1/ns3301j.nsf
Currently M3 or C3 mono-block are supported, C3 multi-blocks too, but not M3 multi-block.
