OGR SDE driver provides poor performance if versioned query is enabled

Description

There's a significant performance degradation in the OGR SDE driver since the versioned editing capabilities have been added comparing to the original version. At least we should have an option to suppress the versioned query which is enabled by default with the current version.

I do not believe that anybody is going to work on this ticket, especially after I have closed it, which happens right now.
