Chris,
Please work to prepare GDAL/OGR 1.5.1 binaries closely matching the configuration for 1.5.0. I am attaching some stuff I used to build the 1.5.0, but for 1.5.1 I would like curl, geos and zlib used from OSGeo4W instead of my local copies.
Please document the process to create the binaries in the GDAL Trac wiki.
If possible please use VS 2003 (aka VC 7.1) to build the binaries.
Once the basic binaries are complete, please produce C# wrappers in a usable form.

Chris, Frank, is there any news on this ticket? I'm eager to build an OGR reader/writer for my TF.NET (http://code.google.com/p/tf-net/) project based on managed GDAL 1.5.1 bindings.
