Description

This ticket is to track various ADRG fixes that are to be backported to 1.5 branch : - Prevent opening in update mode && fix reading of blocks in creation mode (r13422) - Initialize PAM to avoid creating .aux.xml file when gdalinfo an ADRG dataset (r13418) - Updated autotest (r13405, r13417, r13419, r13423)
