Documentation is at http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/GdalOgrInPhp It says: "There are php bindings in gdal/swig/php but they are not maintained, and are not believed to be useful or functional." MS4W is also mentioned. If information is correct -> Close the ticket.
