Using a KML 2.1 file with a single Placemark, containing a non-trivial poly, outer boundary only ogrinfo and ogr2ogr are unstable In my case I saw an exception thrown with 'ogrinfo -al file', but not with 'ogrinfo file' 'ogr2ogr -f GML t.xml file' aborted, leaving an incomplete output file
