Description
This patch adds minimum and maximum resampling to VRT, as well as strict_nodata handling. It also includes the content of ticket http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/1725 and updates the commandline options of ticket http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/1724

Partly, but not completely. The patch add support for minimum and maximum resampling strategy which isn't in RFC51. Although if that should be implemented it would be probably done through RFC51 now
