Description
Currently when converting a paletted image (Tif, PNG) to a format that does not support a palette (wavelet formats such as ECW, JPEG2000, MrSID, etc), the resulting image is greyscale (which can be unexpected by some users).
A message should be given to alert the user that the palette is being ignored (i.e. it's not a bug, nor is there a missing option switch on the command) and the resulting image will be greyscale.
