Description 

I am trying to integrate the DWGdirect library( provided by the Open Design Alliance)with ogr, But the OdFileBuf.cpp, OdFileBuf.h files packed with gdal/ogr:1.4.0 under dwg/dxf source are very old dated:11/7/2005 and the same from DWGdirect library are new version dated:12/12/2006. Because of this I am getting some compilation problems.

Can you please integrate the latest DWGdirect library files(OdFileBuf.cpp, OdFileBuf.h) in gdal/ogr.
