gdalinfo gives strange results for ECW files

Description 

gdalinfo reports reversed false easting/northing and garbage lat/long extents
for ECW image files.

Sample data available but no attach option here. If none appears, will email to
Frank.

Stephen, 

It turns out the false easting/northing values 
were mixed up for all projections in ECW files
except for UTM!   I have regenerated the ecw_cs.dat
file and things should be fixed now. 

You can grab a copy at:

  http://www.gdal.org/srctree/data/ecw_cs.dat

Replace the one you have (in /usr/local/share/gdal
or perhaps some other "data" directory on win32).
