I run: build_thirdparty -a=buildinstall -o=d:\Fdo and recieved: NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'D:\Perl\bin\perl.EXE' : return code '0xff' Project : error PRJ0019: A tool returned an error code from "Performing Makefil e project actions"

It was probably the PERL5LIB environment variable which was not set well. (It was set for an Oracle embeded perl)
