PostGIS Provider does not support theming in MapGuide Studio

Description

The way that MapGuide? generates theming does not appear to use the FDO aggregate functionality. However, it does appear to rely on having a single column returned when that is asked for.

Haris has provided me with a build that works with Studio. Hopefully he will be able to attach a .patch file to this ticket?

Haris applied the code to SVN, and theming no longer pops up the error message about an unsupported FDO function. I have not done extensive testing, but it seems OK.
