Description
NameMapper.csv and coordsys.asc both link LL-GDA94 to Oracle SRID 5807.
Oracle describes this SRID as "EPSG local engineering grid example B". EPSG agrees, saying the units are not even degrees.

At Version 8.02, EPSG has a code value of 4283 for LL-GDA94. Oracle 9 has a very strange value, but 10 and 11 agree that it should be 4283. This has been corrected at Revision 2498.
